Protection of privacy
The dominatrix guarantees the customer absolute discretion and anonymity. If the two meet in public, no greetings are given.
Protection of property
In order to protect the customer's property (cash, jewelry, etc.) during a session, a lockable cash register is available to each customer. The customer carries the associated key with him for the duration of the session (neck or bracelet).
Risk awareness in the BDSM area
Even if the dominatrix leads the session, this does not release the customer from personal responsibility. There are therefore various options to prevent various risks in the practice of BDSM, or to consciously accept the remaining residual risks.
Preliminary talk, agreement and code words
In the preliminary discussion, the customer is obliged to inform the dominatrix in detail about his taboos or physical and psychological impairments. This particularly applies to restrictions that require special care, such as: pacemakers, joint injuries, allergies, trauma, psychoses. The customer can use the code word to cancel or cancel the started session at any time and immediately. The customer is obliged to use the code word as soon as he no longer perceives the course of the game as "safe, sane and consansual" (safe, with a clear mind and by mutual agreement). If the customer is gagged or prevented from speaking verbally in any other way, knocking or the like is considered to be equivalent to the code word. If the code word is mentioned, the domina ends the current session immediately or as quickly as possible or refrains from further actions.
In particular it is always to be assumed that the customer does not advance all of his limits / taboos can clearly name because he lacks the awareness of it. In this case, you can react immediately at any time by using a code word.
Residual risks
Despite detailed preliminary discussions, it can happen that a limit / taboo / impairment of the customer is forgotten by the dominatrix, the above code word must also be used here. Especially in games with limited vision, it can happen that the customer only recognizes the exceeding of a taboo / limit / impairment that was not previously named by him or that the dominatrix no longer remembers, when the action has already started. In special cases it can happen that the customer feels unable to utter the code word.

These are general risks in every BDSM session that you have to be aware of BEFORE the start of the session:
A code word does not protect against all risks. Urine, fecal, or blood practices are particularly risky when it comes to infection. This risk is consciously accepted in sessions with ingestion of body secretions / excretions. Of course, this risk is reduced to a minimum by the applicable hygiene regulations.

Consequences for a personal setting
Similar to a piercing or tattoo studio, a dominatrix or a studio operator must protect themselves against certain occupational risks:
The studio customer is expressly advised that the dominatrix has no medical training and that there is also no certification for dominatrixes.
Particularly in the case of risky practices, the customer should inform himself explicitly about the experiences of his playing partner, include his own experiences, and consciously weigh up which risks he would like to take and which practices he would prefer to avoid.
By booking a session with Domina, the customer expressly declares that he has been informed about possible risks with regard to the specifically agreed practices, as well as unintentional risks in the course of a BDSM game, in the sense of risk-aware consensual kink (risk avoidance in the case of consensual BDSM games), and in the event of damage / injury to the customer, the Domina and the studio will in any case exempt from any liability claims.
